(There are 7-8 sessions of 5 classes throughout the year)
Chair Yoga/Posture & Flexibility Quarterly Class (Middletown)
75 minutes- about 20 minutes will be discussion on small habits that we can cultivate to
prevent and alleviate discomfort and postural distortions.

YogaDance Quarterly Class (Middletown)

This class will be scheduled same days as Quarterly Chair Yoga
No 'Dance'experience needed- all flexibility & fitness levels.
This is more about finding joyful movement to help your body unwind,
and share connection with the class.

Massage Lessons (Community Park Barn)
Fri Nov 7th 6:30-8:00pm
This class will be taught while receiver is seated in a chair
focusing on neck, shoulders, back, scalp and hands.
